Who We Are
The IBU Alumni Network is a global community of graduates from IBU’s Undergraduate and Graduate programs. We span 40+ countries, dozens of industries, and every career stage; from recent graduates navigating their first roles to senior leaders driving change in their organizations.
What connects us isn’t just a shared degree. It’s a shared way of approaching work: with clarity, applied thinking, and a willingness to take on what’s next.

IBU was established to close the gap between classroom learning and real workplace expectations. That same philosophy shaped how the Alumni Network was built.
From the moment IBU welcomed its first cohort, the vision extended beyond graduation. The goal was never just to produce graduates. It was to create a community of professionals who stay connected, keep growing, and carry the IBU mindset into every organization they join.
As the university has grown, from a single BCOM program to a full suite of undergraduate and graduate degrees across multiple locations, so has the alumni community. Today, IBU graduates are working around the globe, in industries ranging from finance and healthcare to technology and international business.
