About the IBU Alumni Network
You didn’t just earn a degree. You joined something bigger.
The IBU Alumni Network is the community you become a part of the moment you graduate. It’s built to grow with you, long after convocation.
From your first role to your first promotion, the alumni network connects IBU graduates to each other, to opportunities, and to the institution that helped shape how you think about business.
Who We Are
The IBU Alumni Network is a global community of graduates from IBU’s Undergraduate and Graduate programs. We span 40+ countries, dozens of industries, and every career stage; including recent graduates in their first roles and senior leaders running their own teams.
What connects graduates is a shared way of approaching work, with clarity, applied thinking, and a willingness to take on what’s next.
Where It Started. Where It’s Going.
IBU was established to connect classroom learning directly to workplace expectations. That same philosophy shaped how the Alumni Network was built.
IBU’s vision extended beyond graduation from the moment it welcomed its first cohort. The goal was to build a community of professionals who keep growing and carry the IBU mindset into every organization they join.
The alumni community has grown alongside the university, which now offers undergraduate and graduate degrees across multiple locations instead of a single BCOM program. IBU graduates today work in finance, healthcare, technology, and international business worldwide.
The Alumni Network is how that community stays together.
What We Stand For
IBU is built on one idea: the future isn’t just what you know. It’s what you do with it. This is Future Intelligence, the philosophy that shapes how IBU develops people across six dimensions: Human, Digital, Practical, Ethical, Global, and Entrepreneurial.
For graduates, that idea continues through the three commitments that have defined the IBU community from the start: Believe. Become. Belong.
Believe
IBU starts from the belief that every graduate has the potential to grow into more. The Alumni Network reinforces that belief through mentorship, shared expertise, and alumni who stay involved.
Become
Career growth rarely follows a straight line. Through a first role, a career change, or a step into leadership, the network helps graduates keep applying what they know as their work evolves.
Belong
Wherever your career takes you, you remain part of the IBU community. The Alumni Network keeps that connection going beyond campus, through shared stories, events, and chances to contribute back.
You Were Here. Now You’re Part of What Comes Next.
These are moments from the path that brought you here: the classrooms, the collaboration, the late-night projects, and the milestones.
The IBU experience shows up in how you approach problems, how you work with others, and the network of people you built along the way.
